This document prepared by the Universal House of Justice describes the operation of the Baha'i institution of the Continental Board of Counsellors and its duties, and contains a digest of the guidance previously given on the subject. It includes a list of statements addressing specific aspects of the functioning of the Board, and should increase the friends understanding of not only the responsibilities of the Counsellors and their auxiliaries but also the workings of the Administrative Order in general.
