Gift Certificate Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for your interest in Baha'i Publishing's digital Gift Certificates. We now offer digital Gift Certificates in various denominations.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

A gift certificate can be purchased like any other item on BahaiBookstore.com. Please select the Gift Certificate value of your choice ($10, $20, $50, or $100) and add it to your cart. You will be asked to pay the amount of the Gift Certificate at checkout using a Credit or Debit card or a PayPal account.

How do I receive my Gift Certificate?

You will receive your Gift Certificate via email.

Once purchased, you will receive two email notifications:

  1. The first will indicate that we have received your order and that it is awaiting payment verification.
  2. After your payment has been verified, you will receive a second confirmation email with your unique Gift Certificate serial number.  

 

How do I send a Gift Certificate to someone else?

Once you receive your confirmation email with the Gift Certificate serial number, you can forward this email to the intended recipient or copy and paste it into a new email, or you can click on the link in the email to send it directly from your account on BahaiBookstore.com. You can also log into your account on BahaiBookstore.com to view your previous orders and click on the link for your Gift Certificate purchase and email it to the recipient.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

Your gift certificate can be redeemed at checkout on BahaiBookstore.com. You will need to log in to your customer account or create a new one if you do not already have a customer account. When you are ready to checkout, select Gift Certificate as your payment method. Type in or copy and paste your Gift Certificate serial number and click “Pay with Gift Certificate.” The amount on your gift certificate will be deducted from your total. If additional payment is necessary, please pay the remainder using a Credit or Debit Card or through your PayPal account.

Will my Gift Certificate expire?

The amount on your Gift Certificate will expire after 12 months from purchase.

 

Can I receive a refund by cash or check for my Gift Certificate?

No. The Gift Certificate can only be used online to purchase items on BahaiBookstore.com. 

 

Can I redeem my Gift Certificate over the phone?

No. The Gift Certificate can only be redeemed online on BahaiBookstore.com.

 

Can I use the Gift Certificate at BahaiMusicStore.com?

No. Our BahaiMusicStore.com site has its own Gift Certificate program. If you're looking for instantly downloadable digital media (music, video, etc), please visit BahaiMiuscStore.com for an ever-growing selection from Baha'i-inspired musicians and producers.
