Six-year-old Griffin learns one day at Baha'i school that he has a soul. He wants to know a lot more about it, but there isn't time in class for the teacher to answer questions. When Griffin asks his big brother, Paul, about it, he learns the soul is God's first gift to us and that it's with us all the time. But this leads to more questions and some confusion when Griffin sets out to find his soul and isn't sure what to look for. The First Gift is a heartwarming story that will help young children begin to understand their spiritual reality.
